Thread: MY12 110 Puma Height??

Mine is a 2008SVX, was a 7 seater, had 235/85x16, 2" lift on the front to compensate for the bull bar and winch, actual lift about 35mm. Stock rear springs with Polybags

Rear height was 2050mm, it fitted with about 50mm to spare.

Drive way runs up hill to the garage door and that small difference means that I cant reverse in.

Now has 285/75x16 and it is sooo sooo close, but it still fits

Mine fits just but means i can't leave a roofrack on permanently!

Thanks Drover. Given your specs I have 40mm to spare and also a sloping driveway. You have given me hope. Only time will tell.

Blue, do you have a measure on the height of your garage?

X 2 mine spends most of its time leaning against the garage wall.....

I got a defender 90 MY10 and when i first purchased it i was scare to park it in any garage or shopping centre.
But if you have the stock suspension and shocks you should fit in anything at 2.05m high
i got a windcheetah roof racks on my car and it fits under 2.1m
when i get a chance i'll take some photo and post it for you.

P.S. be mindful this is driving in a level surface....it'll be different it you are entering from a slope surface

Thanks Sumo. Was looking at the windcheetah roof rack as well but I will be happy just to get the car in the garage and mount a roof rack when required.
