I'm currently living overseas so got a mate to email a hand-full of dealers with a request for the vehicle I wanted. 110 station wagon in white or Keswick Green with alloy wheels and dynamic stability control (MY15 only). That's all.
I was very lucky in that a country dealer had one rolling off the truck as the request came in. It was fitted with mud terrain tyres (I think they are the outgoing Goodyear Wrangler MT/R that are being phase out and replaced with the Kevlar MT/R) and mud flaps. They included a set of rubber mats and tow kit with our me asking. I didn't bother shopping around or asking for a discount. I'm happy with that and wanted DSC and there are very few MY15's in country. The deal was done within 48hrs of sending inquiries! Thanks to my mate.
I've ordered ARB winch bar (to take my WARN 9.5), Milford cargo barrier, new legs from Tradesman for my existing Disco roof rack and Mantec snorkel (which will be made watertight) from an aftermarket fitter. That's a start!
I'll be towing my Conqueror UEV-490 on a big trip next year.
