The outside diameter of the original puma steering wheel is 410mm (16.14").
I have a 350mm Momo tuner and love it.
Be mindful about not blocking out the view of the gauges when choosing a new steering wheel and the over all thickness of the boss + steering wheel.

The Moto Lita off the Mud UK site is also a very good option and I'm absolutely stoked with mine.

I went for the black one in 15" (380mm) as recommended which comes with the 48 spline boss adaptor for the Puma.

Mine looks exactly like the picture where its mounted and the whole steering is in fact significantly improved and more pleasant.

Exmoor Trim are now selling a range of fancy steering wheels for Defenders.

Personally I like the original 300Tdi one, chunky with the right offset for the pitch of the rim, it's such a comfortable wheel to drive with.

I only replaced mine because it was split from years in the sun, but now prefer the three spokes and the wheel not going up and down when you turn it. The only major downside is it has a strong chemical smell that I thought would go away, but hasn't in four months.

Agree with you that those 300Ti ones were the best ever. Unfortunately 36 spline so even if you found one, they can't fit in the Puma...

I also got myself a Momo Tuner from the UK. Fitment to my 2014 Defender 110 was really easy, and it is a pleasure to drive with. No experience with MY15.

    Cheers,
