jon3950, congratulations on you choice, of which you have made the right choice with repect to Keswick, Contis, White roof, & body coloured wheel arches,...a beautiful combination.
So, enjoy the wait, like we all do/did,....it'll definitely be worth it.

The Conti's should be okay for the cape, if it's wet they'll struggle but if you're with mates who have winches it's less of an issue.
Bullbar - I'd go ARB. I prefer the older style, which is basically the standard bar on steroids, as opposed to the later style ARB bar which has wrap around wings and sits too close to the body for my liking, but that's purely personal preference. TJM also do a bar for the Defender but ARB is my preference for barwork.
UHF, I'd suggest Icom or GME, or Uniden.
Driving lights, have a search on here for FyrLyts. Best driving light on the market imho. If not, whatever floats your boat.
Long range tanks, look here for Mulgo sill tanks. Great bit of kit.
Swing arm for the spare tyre, again go Mulgo, or Mantech would be my suggestion.
