    Got home today from Barrow Island and my wife has bought me some Maxitraks for my birthday. Very happy.

    Have to say good to see some old fashioned customer service is still alive and well.

    My wife told me how she phoned Off Road Equipment in Myaree WA. She couldn't get there as she works and one of the guys there offered to drop them off on the way home.

    Great service. Wish we saw more of that.

    In my Army days, if we knew we were in for bad weather or really dusty environments while out in the field patrolling, we would often place condoms over the barrel of our SLRs.
    My ex found some in my kit and it caused no end of problems, along with removing your wedding ring due to catching in equipment.
    Some women just don't get the bigger picture!
    I could see the same with having to explain personal lube in the garage, especially if it's beside my chicken suit!

    Got the centre muffler out today. Can't notice one difference at all.

    I wanted him to fab up a decat, he didn't want to touch it saying he would go to jail if he took it off. Is it worth taking off the front pipe and gutting the insides of it?

    Had the same response from a shop in Ferntree Gully ... still looking around for a more flexible exhaust shop.

    I have one and the quality is not up to scratch D90, I have considered replacing that with something better .. also one with a mounting point for the heat shield.

    How so dazzler? I was thinking about the heat shield. Surely it would be easy enough to get a threaded rod welded on in the right spot?
