nice! Options for the 90 are a bit thin now that FrontRunner has stopped bringing in the LH & RH sill tanks.
The BD 55L isn't the prettiest thing but practicality won over. That and being sick of dealing with jerry cans on the roof.
For water I put a 50L flexitank under my false floor with outlet via passenger door. It's not perfect, but fit for purpose given the amount of use it gets lately. Plus it doesn't slosh, that really get on my nerves.
Have a trip across the telegraph track along the bight coming up. This was the last mod for it, and should be it for a while.
Not that i could find. I'm not a big fan of ~80kg on one side of the vehicle, nor how low it is. But travelling remote long distances i was flat out of options unfortunately. 120kg of diesel on the roofrack (plus roof tent etc) wasn't a lot of fun.
Shingleback poly sill tanks look like pretty neat profile, but not available for 90 yet.
The 90 is space constrained- moving it any further forward would impact on the Diff pumpkin thru its range of motion. Any further aft, and it's going to be past the rear cross member. Any lower, and it's be hung up on all those gnarly tracks you drive Damien!
I'm in the same boat. Fuel range <500km is pretty standard in my 90. Doesn't get you far with much confidence touring the outback, but I don't want to tear it apart offroad on the fun tracks either...

Yes ive searched a lot on this and the only thing close was putting something in the rear cabin which I don't want to do as it takes away from my storage. I know it would affect the harder tracks stuff but was just hoping maybe! The outback would be hard with a 90 I'd imagine. What you carry? Two jerrys? That's what I do. On the roof rack. If I end up doing desert I'd probably put another two up there
Two jerrys on the rijidij rear bar. 20l water, 20l fuel. When I'm remote, I'll fill where I can and dip into the 20L reserve as needed.

Here's a thought for you 90 lads. How would you feel about raising the floor between the wheel arch/boxes and bunging a bigger tank under that?
And Mitch I'm struggling with the cryptology behind your new avatar.
Cheers, Billy.
Keeping it simple is complicated.
I'm struggling with it too Billy.
A few years back, I was gifted was 'knobhead' ... so I guess this is a step in the right direction?
