I take it you’ve never been involved in tool making?

Although most likely made in China, I can tell you to make it here would be a $6-10k mould.

Injecting them would be batch runs - significant outlay...

    Hence the price...

    Hi Rob,
I've long wanted a wider bag (had an MSA one for about 15 years) but they are all narrow and don't fill the available space on the wheel.

Anyway, I wandered into a camping store (Go-camping in Balcatta, WA - 08 9344 6252) and noticed they were making their own canvas products. I had a chat an older chap called Fred (pretty sure he's the owner) and he agreed to make it for me. Took him about 6 weeks to get it done and was about $200, but I'm pretty pleased.

It's about 80L rubbish capacity in the main compartment, with a drain in the bottom and also has a sleeve inside to hold a foam mat (for showering on). 2 deep side pockets for other dirty gear like tent pegs etc and a back pocket for spare bin bags.

He doesn't do many, so if you called him I'm sure he could make another the same for you.

Spent many fun hours with Triple J putting a BAS Intercooler on the beasty followed by a pair of silicone hoses...learnt a lot, swore a lot, lost a lot of skin and a bucket or two of blood. Followed that up with an EGR blanking plate. Now for the fun bit...download and install the BAS Tune. Happy Days What did you do to your Puma today?

Was a week or so back, but added an Alpine dash screen and reverse camera. So far so good, but might have to move the camera.

BAS Tune in...Pete has done a fine job with the rewrite, it’s a different car. It also seems to have cleared up a lot of the driveline clunking which is a bit of a Brucie bonus
