Just ordered a puma one.
Will review when I get it
2015 Defender 110
I fitted one to my Td5 R380 and it makes a lot of difference to changes.
I'm still a slow and steady user of the gearbox (always have been sympathetic in this regard) but it now has a much shorter throw.

Resurrecting this thread due to issues now.
My gear stick is rattling like mad, I took it to bits and glued the weights again and it was still there, I could feel the rattle coming from inside of the gearstick so I was going to put a layer of duck tape around the slick shift steel to see if it would stop, in the end i used what i had handy and I cut the finger of a rubber glove and put that over the metal, the rattle is mostly gone, that was a few weeks ago and it is coming back again so I guess the rubber finger is wearing out, I will try the duck tape next, but there seems to be a lot of movement between the metal shaft and the inside of the gearstick. I am not sure if there is something missing from inside that may have fallen out but I doubt it, I think it is just not a good fit.
Anyone else having issues?
