    From spare box..

I got a bit bored last night after dinner and decided to install the airbags.

This morning I did 30km to work. These airbags totally transform the drive. They make so much difference even at 5 psi.

The truck goes around roundabout like as if sway bar was on.... Just amazing

This is the part number for my helper airbag.
It fits a Puma defender 110 station wagon.
This is standard airbag, not the high pressure one.

Being a cheapie, I can't pay $100 extra for the sleeves...(aka high pressure version

    Cheers

Nice addition.....price wise I think they are better value than the alu-cab......A guy at Cooma was kind enough to open and close his ostrich, a couple of little fiddlely steps.

It has one pole if needed, to tie it down and additional poles can be purchased for each arm. They're very strong, but like everything, care may be needed on occasions.

No fiddle really Kelvin, apart from me being a shortarse and having to stand on a box, as the canvas relaxes with a bit of age it will open and close more easily.

Initial prototype mud shield under the left front wing. Needs a little more support. Feedback welcome.

    Installed my reconditioned Roamerdrive today.
Test run was a success, many thanks to Ray Wood and his 28 tooth input gear conversion.

Finally wired up the 9000lb winch that has been in the bar cradle for close to 4 years.
I have an isolator in the seat box to stop mischief, with the fully sealed solenoid mounted inside the drivers guard just under the plastic cover. The remote is hard wired to that plastic cover for this trip.
I also fitted a pair of Nugget Stuff front mud flaps on the rear, with a little modification worked a treat.

    Cheers
