What aftermarket stuff is there?
I know the front axles/CV's that I run have come directly from that project. Making the engine powerful is easy, but I wonder how they made it durable with that level of HP.

My mates P38a has a mildly worked 4.6 and my 300TDI Disco pulls about the same, he loses me on initial take off for about 5 or 6 m and then once my turbo kicks in Im back up next to him all the way to 80kmh (the speed limit where we were).
No doubt that it would probably pull all the way off the clock where mine governs out at 145kmh but where you can only do a max of 130kmh anywhere in OZ now, I dont really think that is relevant anymore.
Mine also pulls as much as his does but his traction control and air suspention meant he could get up a couple of red rock steps that I couldnt easilly but then again, he's too scared to take it off road too much as it may get a scratch on it or something might break which is expensive and then he couldnt tow his boat where as mine lives off road more than on.
Craig,
Ask Jeff bell how good the TD5's are he has just put a sweet 4.6 V8 in his later model Fender....
I would prefer a V8 over a TD5 if I hadn't any other option left..unless it was a 2004/05 TD5.......then maybe....nah not even then..
