Not that I mind you using whichever carb you want, but have you thought about a quadrajet instead? Better carb IMO and we used to re jet and tune them for smaller engines back in the day which worked very well.
Who has a Holley on their 3.5 RRC ?
How about some pics ? Was there anything special you had to do to set it up ? What about plumbing, hoses etc ?
I'm just about to set one up on mine, so I'm looking for a heads up on anything that might be a problem.....and please don't tell me to stick to the original twin carbs, I am so over them and they are long GONE !

If you need to contact me please email homestarrunnerau@gmail.com - thanks - Gav.
A quad' would be fine if I had one, a mate gave the Holley/ intake from his old parts Rangie, so I'm making the most of a "gift horse".

I had a look at a 3.5 County 110 at KLR just before Xmas. They’d fitted a 4 barrel downdraft to it.
Very shiny!![]()

I had a 350 Holley on my 82 Rangie....went everywhere...did many kilometres...never had any issues ..but it had a Webber conversion block between the float chamber and the main body...I had 4 jets that I could change from the top in 5 mins or less.. it used the Webber jets..I loved it and economy was pretty good for a V8....they are rare and not well known...it was on it when I bought it..Google may help...I don’t have any pictures..sorry.🍺😁

What would life be without a Rangie?
I ran a holley 350cfm two barrel for years no issue went well. Had a good throttle cable conversion made by engine guys in Rockhampton. Still using same linkage today on the Edelbrock. Thats what I'd recommend you ensure is good have seen some that are rubbish. Also I moved PCV to base of air filter worked fine. T'd off hoses from rocker covers fitted one flame trap in line with T and final hose to underside of air cleaner. Used stock manifold vacuum port for brake booster not carb port.
Found some pics
