    recent work

    finished off a few jobs,
    Installed a reverse cam, fan and stereo.

    includes pics of fusebox upgrade as well.

    Fuel cap
    Brand : Hilton Manufacturing go to Products ->Fuel Tank Catalogue (it's on p28)
    Model : FCL 301VL
    Cost: $70
    Weight: about the same as the original cap (a lot), also has a chain securing it to the pipe.

    hmmm, just realized there is a vented and non-vented fuel cap. Anyone know what the standard cap is? I got a vented one, hope that is correct

    Pretty sure standard is non-vented, as the tank is vented already (the spot that it likes to piddle from when filling to the brim). Not that it'd make much difference mind you, better two vents than none!

    Thanks! I always stop at the first click of the pump (and I've only ever put fuel once in my Parentie) so I haven't had it piddle on me yet

    Shopping List LR fuel sender and gauge for retro fitting, Full tilt Hood, Door seals, rear A frame ball joint, Tie rod ends, Steering Drop arm Ball kit, Steering dampner bush kit. it will be like Christmass when they arive
    Who wants to help a fellow Perentie owner out :P from experince will i need a press for the rear ball joint or a dead blow and punch do.
