    Yep, need to change out all that stuff and also need to change over the clutch.

    Might have to have a talk with you once you have done this all Ray. Jess' car is a fair few km's under this, but I wouldn't mind doing some of these things for peace of mind. Just not confident enough to do them myself.

    awesome, might pick ur brains about timing belt a bit later - hows the whole rebuilding going for you?

    I am encountering a few confusing difficulties finding the right timing belt kit for my 300TDI...
    most suppliers seem to make it depending on the VIN numbers - so far only been able to search online though, so maybe when I talk to a real person it all sorts itself out.. we will see...

    Rebuild has not started yet because I am on holidays Sweet deal! Yes, timing belt should go on VIN.
