I must comment on your gearbox support method. Ingenious way of doing it, well done!

Fitted a new power steering return line. That`s two leaks now hopefully fixed. I know I know I`m on the road to no where trying to cure all the oil leaks, but it has just got too bad and some thing has had to be done. Fitted a new fuel filter.

Made a switch panel up for my compressor and rear locker switch.
I gutted the old 3 panel plastic holder as the switches dont fit and cbf dealing with rover ones.

Then drew up and laser cut and folded a stainless plate which i pop riveted on and paintes black.

Well made the manifold today its some 25 square stock aluminium. 1/4 bsp in end and then 2 x 1/4 bsp and a 1/8 bsp.

Has a pressure switch, nitto quick connect for pumping tyres and a 1/4 pu quick connect for rear locker. Using mac valve for locker operation.

Seems to be working well. Got new seals for locker today so ill fit those test locker then throw it in tomorrow if its all good

Yesterday I did a oil change and filter. I also investigated a sudden drop in oil pressure. Was running fine at 41 psi. Then a little while back I hosed of the front end of the motor in preparation to changing the radiator and since then I have had a 5 psi drop in oil pressure. So I removed the sump and checked the oil pump pick up for blockage, alas that is not the issue. Next I will check the relief valve to see if it has stuck. When the sump was of I noticed how clean it was in side.

Fitted a new viscous fan hub (Thanks Mario/Heather) to the 200tdi, was getting a little warm when towing through the hills. Could quite easy stop the fan with a magazine when hot.
