    I added some extra steps to dress thd doors and opening on the rear doors , search flares and you will see the pics i put up.

    Yea i found that, I didn't realise quite how much they take out but thats okay. Hopefully i can find something to fill the gabs and get the door to seal better because i hate wind noises and this is my every day driver.

    I think I found your post not 100% sure but it looks good!

    Could I fit any wider 33" tyres on stock rims with flares? Because 255/75/16 are the same width that I'm running now.

    You cant go much wider on a 7" rim.

    Bugger that's all right. Guess once I get the 16x8 -25mm offset I'll have to see what I can get on.

    I have been in hospital waiting for surgery for the last 6 days , multiple fractures of my tibia and had to wait for the swelling to go down before they can plate and screw it - SFA to do while waiting

    I think 285/75/16s are equivalent to 255/85/16s, just wider. You will need a body lift with this size unless you have very stiff springs or packed out bump-stops. Gearing may also need to be address, especially if a tdi.

    I don't know how I feel about a body lift with air bags isn't that illegal in most states? Plus I don't want my car to stand out like a sore thumb and me get in trouble.
