    Thanks Cracker
I wouldnt remove the swaybars unless you really want to go extreme.

    SNAP!

This is my '97 300tdi Auto.
Bought it about 6 months ago now to get outdoors with my youngest.
It would not have been my 1st choice for a 4x4. But I chose it because of the local Land Rover club in Auckland seem a good bunch of guys etc.
As it's turned out the Disco has been pretty reliable to date & suits me well.
I use it for my commute around the city + out once or twice a month out on runs.

    Extra it came with are:-
    ARB Bull Bar
    2" lift springs
    Raw Predator adjustable shocks
    31x16 Saveros
    Airflow Snorkel
    Items I've added to date:-
    12000kg Chinese winch
2 x rated front Recovery points
    Wading Kit
    Blanked off ERG Valve
    Rear steel wire shelf
    Items planned in the future:-
    Rear Bar
    Rock Sliders
    Roof Rack

    - trying to keep that balance of a daily rider & weekend fun machine.

    I-Lean

Ladies and gentlemen, may I present; I-Lean.
So called because a previous owner has removed the rear sway bar, and that is what she does on bends.
I-Lean is stock, apart from the alloy roo bar, and she's a little beauty.

    And her new playmate; Ismah-Botman.
Say that with a Jamaican accent!

The boat is close to 60 years old, home built Hartley 16 footer.
The Merc on the back is a ripper, a 1964 Kiekhaufer Mercury big 6 85 HP, runs like brand new.
I'll post more shots of her as I get along with the restoration.

Necessity is the mother of invention
My Speedo sensor has had a few intermittent stoppages and recently stopped at 488,772ks, for about 100k's, so I dug out my old unused iPhone 3GS and a speedo app
    Worked a treat!!
