As I know you are an ARB man, what would you suggest to get a 3" lift for a series 1 300tdi Disco with steel bar and winch and regularly 60 odd kgs in back?

Which OME coils and shocks would work?

I am currently investigating coil spacers at the moment.

    Cheers

You won't get that from an ARB setup. You can get 3" from Dobinson coils and Lovells shocks. Have a look at 'Suspension Stuff' for some options.

Looking at OME for my D1 Tdi with ARB bull bar.
Have iI read correctly that the longer Export shocks N174, N175 is this front Rear respectable and what is the difference between OME751 and OME767 springs for front and what would you recomend for the rear.

I'm currently using OME shocks on my D1, with King springs. This combo gives 50mm of lift, a firm ride on the road and reasonable articulation off. a couple of people on the on a recent drive even commented about the amount of articulation. This is the second OME shock package i've used and have been happy with them both times.

As you can see from the sig below, I have the King springs and Konis. I'm currently running OME Nitrochargers in the Jeep and they seem fine. That said, I had Konis in my D1 so am sold on them.

But, I also had OME in my first Wrangler and was not happy with them at all, however I can't recall if they were Nitros or not - I know the springs sagged and weren't "handed" for our road camber.

I guess from that experience OME would not be my first choice.

174 front, 175 rear but none left in Aus at the moment ask for them though cause if enough people want them they will make them available however there is nothing wrong with 115 front and 44 rear, OME751 is a softer spring if you are going to put a second batt in i would get 767 springs and 762 in the rear.

OME coils are not going to give you a 3 inch lift (unless you put rear in the front) i'd go Kings. Standard OME shocks won't give heaps of down travel with a 3inch lift(same up though) unless you lower your top shock mounts. Do you really need a 3inch lift? it's not going to give you any great benifit over a 2in but will cost more as you will have to look at caster and panhard rod, unless you lower your bump stops the tyre will still travel up into the guard as far so you can't get any larger tyre on than you can with a 2in lift, axle articulation is more important than height.
