Made these a few weeks ago just before the Ourimbah run. They're a simple design just to replace the factory plastic sills, yet the're pretty tough and I've jacked the car up on them as a test and they seemed fine.
Oh and they're lovingly ocated in 2 layers of bunnings black

Looking good, I made a similar set myself a few moons ago (for a 90 tho). I'm yet to get them galvanised and then painted / powdercoated... How are you planing to finish yours?
can you post a behind the slider pic please? i done mine the other week but have mine running underneath the sill, be interested how you did it running parrallel with the sill
