Sorry guys,I am new here, What the hell IS option B?
I had the "lads" for 3 years and then got a FOURTH amigo, the handbrake light as well!!, while replacing all the discs and pads,I thought it was time to do option "B"?. The car was going in for a clutch,so Paul at Rovercare could reset it all for me then
, that was 8weeks ago, no boys back and the TC now works, probably better than before
Well worth the effort, thanks to Kev (Randlover) for printing off the instructions from the "good oil",and to all on the forum!
Cheers Gregg![]()

UPDATE: Ive done 10000kms since installing the seals and reversing option 'b' and amigo free - I reversed option 'b' only because i installed a new svs (shuttle valve switch) and I didnt want to do the option 'b' wiring mod straight away with the new svs, just to see if option 'b' wasnt necessary - it wasnt it turns out.
So it apears that for me, the issue was brake fluid leaking past the seal(s).
Leaking was evident when i removed the svs and I could see liquid under the protective boot. Cleaning it only delayed the amigos for a while, but they came back. I replaced the svs and again, it stoped them for a while, but the seals seem to have stopped them for good, well for a long time at least......fingers crossed!
Hope this helps someone else in the future.
Ha, more than likely.
