    Safari Snorkel reccomendations

    Can anyone reccomend a good place to buy a Safari snorkel for a TD5?

    Looking at buying one this week.

    I kept an eye out on ebay etc and scored mine a lot cheaper than the regular4/4 suppliers

    Buy from the UK. Usually around $150.00 cheaper than the Australian retail price even once delivered.

    Apparentley made in Australia....but cheaper to buy in the UK ????

    I got mine here 2 weeks ago
    $289 delivered
    took 3 days to get here from WA

    They even go cheaper around $199 those snorkels with" Discovery" written on the side, just marketed under different sellers. Chinese copies
    They not as good as a Safari which the O.P asked.
    To the OP yes unfortunately the geniune Safari are cheaper to purchase from UK

    I did look into the UK idea, found one on Paddock Spares but after postage it wasn't much cheaper than buying one from here.

    Consider the $199 snorkels, i bought one and do exactly the same thing, mine is still as goodas new seals fine, been through plenty of bush hitting bushes etc and has stood up just as good as any on the market,

    Sadly yes, this seems to be the way of Australian retail to rip off the Australian public. Then they winge about online sales and declining store sales as though they have no idea why...
