Ashcroft ATB, CV's, rear shafts and ring & pinion for 33"
Planning on finally finishing the differentials thanks to the ATO ( http://www.aulro.com/afvb/discovery-...ml#post1866391 ).
Does this order from Ashcroft Transmissions ( https://www.ashcroft-transmissions.co.uk/index.php ) look right for everything that I will need for the job?
Ashcroft ATB ( http://www.ashcroft-transmissions.co...&productId=259 ) to suit both front and rear differential
Disco II CV and front shafts ( http://www.ashcroft-transmissions.co...d&productId=21 )
Disco II Rear Shafts ( http://www.ashcroft-transmissions.co...d&productId=42 )
Metric Journal Bearings ( http://www.ashcroft-transmissions.co...&productId=309 )
Heavy Duty 4.12 R & P ( http://www.ashcroft-transmissions.co...&productId=199 )
Anything else I may need or should consider? Shims?
The intention is to regear the diffs to suit the 33" tyres as I run them on and off road ( http://www.aulro.com/afvb/discovery-...-33-tyres.html ).

Anyways, I spoke to Kirsty Woods from Ashcroft and she has confirmed they will still be able to supply me, so I have placed the order now!
Mine was landed for about $450- from Ascrofts.
I put the 4.12's into the Disco a few months ago. Makes a big difference with the auto.
I have never worried about the Ashcroft CV's or axles. The D2 axles are very strong and as far as stock CV's go the D2's are about the best there is.
On my last D2 I was running 34" JT2's with front and rear lockers and drove it very hard. I never broke an axle or CV. I really dont think it is worth changing them unless you break one.
Adam, are you talking just the fronts, or both F&R??
I'm likely going to get the Ashcroft rear axels, but wasn't going to bother with the fronts.
I'll be running F&R lockers and Simex Pedes in 35's most of the time offroad.
