Well low was abit temperamental. but moving lever over to engage and select either high or low range was not working. Just like it was stuck in neutral. I believe it has had the diff lock lever fitted out of factory as it is 2000 model. But im not sure if is a linkage issue, actuator or even a vaccum leak? I do not actually know the inner workings of how these engage? Ill be googling and looking through RAVE manual tomorrow. But this is amost frustrating problem disco let me down tonight

To the best of my knowledge there was no factory fitted CDL option on the 2000 models. It's probably an aftermarket unit that is either electrically, solenoid or lever/cable activated.

Especially when its an easy fix and relatively cheap, well cheap for a Landrover.
