SORTED... went around 100km untill my friend albeit it's snowing bad outside
now, my friend is chasing one of the piglets in his back yard as it will be a party
, i'll stay here tonight: ... in a nuthsel(as short as possible) his car fired up instantly with the extensions to my engine management, splashed oil all over as the rocker cover was off...then i started the troubleshooting, i must admit maybe i was inspired or lucky too, took me less than 1 hour... it was the most friggin odd fault i've ever seen
... everything was ok with tester and static measurements, the communication on diagnostic and data link from the ECM to BCU and to injectors had continuity...as long as the ECM didnt need more power... it was a weak contact in C0567-2, main feed from engine bay fuse F1 to ECM, visible only with magnifier, a bit of corrosion and loosened pin... the fact is that there was feed untill we cranked it then due to the extra drain of the ECM while cranking the voltage dropped on the bad contact and suddenly there was not enough "juice" to open the injectors IMO...i found some traces of wear on some parts of te engine main harness so new loom is on order... untill then we bent a bit the fusebox's terminal to that cavity and gave contact spray and everything is OK for now...what is annoying that no fault code was logged for that, maybe the ECM needs the engine running to log the fault, i'll make a research for that
Happy hour...many thanks everyone for the inputs
