I might join them if I ever need to winch in anger.
Note, in my original post I stated the bar was undamaged. The bar is distributed by different people, who also do installs. This was in Melb. You will have to work out the rest for yourself, as this place has a no name and shame policy.

For mine, I was disappointed, as I reckon they look much better than the ARB unit currently on my car.

I want to meet the bloke who built this:

I want to meet the bloke who built this:
Looks like a good option for suburbia or the city But it would be completely useless in the Bush.
Absolutely NO protection from an animal strike, It wouldn't even stop the small trees that are often found in the middle of an overgrown track wreaking the front of the vehicle.
An ARB or TJM bar blows this out of the water as far as frontal protection goes and as a winch bar it would be mounted in much the same fashion, So No advantage there either.

Mate John does not need to worry too much about animals as the only thing that has hit his in the last 2 years has been fly`s as it has not moved

17 being built, available mid/end of August.

    Bugger.
The smash repairers need it in the next two weeks.

Looks like it's TJM after all.
    5 in stock in Brisbane.

FWIW the ARB was $140+ cheaper.

this one anywhere near you? Might need a repaint though. and probably those parts that "may be missing". Are missing, given they seem to be an ARB dealer you would think they would know what "may be missing"

The problem I have is I can't find the 2 lines from the transfer case and gearbox all I can see is a single fat 1/2 inch plastic pipe with a "U" bend at the top just behind the back of the motor, Is this the gearbox/transfer case breather?
The breathers are 6mm IIRC, As far as I am aware both the the gearbox and transfer case come up behind the engine. RAVE states that the The breather is
"secured at the open end by a clip attached to the engine cylinder block"

They are hard to spot in the position they are in.

I had a look at the schematic diagram on Rave and it shows 3 pipes coming up from the back of the motor, one has a "J" bend in it that looks like it is coming from the transfer case and the other one appears to loop back on itself from the gearbox ( Fig 44-2 )

So the bolts tying the bar to the chassis snapped?
Just trying to understand the point of failure, to prevent it happening to me.
