It was a new Discovery 1 ignition barrel with 2 new keys cut to suit my car, it is an easy job took around 30 minutes as expecting it to be a pain to change.
Lost one of the my keys at work and the other key was badly worn plus te barrel was a bit hard to turn sometimes.
The roof lining came up good and was a good colour match $130 to get it done so will see if it lasts, next job I to get windscreen done and air con re gassed

Now hanging out for boxing day - off to somewhere along the snowy river for a few days of peace and quiet with no mobile coverage...:-)
REALLY hanging out for September for the Birdsville races.
I installed a TM1 Engine Watchdog temperature monitor on my TD5 today and chose to attach the temp sensor under a bolt adjacent to the factory temp sensor. Looking forwarding to making observations over the summer period and into winter What should I expect and what are the indications of a faulty thermostat?
