Hello
I've removed the LHS rear bumper light, it had water and mud in it. I know where fromThe bottom silvered section has corroded. There was not any neoprene or water proof gasket, is this normal? The RHS got under the water as well, but is still nice and dry. Why?
Thanks
Julian

Fitted apt rock sliders to my discovery today, said some choice cuss words trying to balance them with a tiny supercheap jack.. Then i cussed some more and dragged wifey out to jack it up while i got them on, was much easier.

Well the D2 is still in our family - now the sons.
Just rolling through 200k now and apart from my big Roo hit, and an FPR it's going very well.
It now needs a rear Cam plug and a TC seal which is scheduled for next weekend.
Checked diff oil levels and tightened up air line on rear dif. Inspected and cleaned rear brakes. Looks like new pads are scheduled for next weekend.
