Thread: What happened to your Discovery 2 today?

Ordered my sc80

I drilled a couple of new holes 20mm in front of the ARB mounts on my new Bull bar to enable me to be able to adjust the spotlights correctly.
I am very happy with the new light set up now that everything is adjusted correctly

Drove from Vic to Melrose then to Broken Hill then back home Towing the camper and all the night mare problems were that happened was it got dirty and i had to put fuel in
Oh and i put it over a weigh bridge along the way with camper connected and loaded the car came in at 2880 and the camper came in at 980 connected

I thought mine was porky,,,
weighed it recently, 2450,,,
thats with 4 seats removed!
but a triple LPG manifold installed,,

That was with 2 people in the car loaded and full fuel and water and some Beer
I must ad the ball weight was not taken into account , It was taken as we drove on car first then the trailer still connected

Doing a heart transplant on my reserve D2 TD5. That's the engine out at last, I must make sure the block and tackle will lift it high enough next time!

Why did u put it on a bridge? Just curious?
