i tried it tonight. drove from bridgewater to glen osmand. turned the a/c off about stirling. had to turn it on again just after crafers as the windows started fogging.

edit: this was in the ute, not the disco.

Every car's different I suppose. I've got used to the decent heater in the Merc and that needs a tiny bit of a/c demist every once in a while.

Gave it a proper little low range/TC lights flashing workout for the first time.

A short, sharp climb out of a secluded spot on Lake Tabourie, dodging in and out of a couple of trees (which made me glad I was in the Disco and no the 130)
Did it surprisingly easily on the little, crappy GT HT's

Only in the height of summer.

    current drain

Been feeling the love with a mystery power drain for the last few days in the 04 D2, checked it out today and found a couple of odd things

Firstly the CD 6 stacker seems to continuously load (whirring clicking noise) even after power off and locked doors
Secondly a small yellow relay under the drivers seat has a constant loud clicking under the same conditions

Have removed the Cd tray and the relay - will charge up the battery and see what happens

Does anyone know what this little relay might be powering?
