Worked more on my dual battery set up. My tray in the third row seat area bolts to lower seat rail bolts and through the floor (required to remove and refit the resonator heat shield).

I did the wiring (massive overkill...) and fitted the DC to DC 25 Amp red arc in the (massive waste of space) behind rear trim. I am satisfied that on the long runs I do the red arc DC2DC will do better maintaining the 116Ah Full River AGM better than the straight alternator would. It will get all the amps it needs due to my overkill on the wiring. It works as a clever isolator too and senses alternator charging.

Did the run to the Narva/Hella fridge plug and also the roof lights (which used to run off crank battery).

I built the tray tough and mounted it well because the battery is over 30kg...

But having such a big deep.cycle is good comfort.

    Cheers

There 2x 10mm threads in the inner skin in that position. Make a bracket to mount the SC-80 to then attach the bracket to the existing threads. I made a "Z" style bracket and mounted my USI-160 in that position.

New slotted rotors front and back, new pads and s/s brake hoses, and all new rubber seals and new guide pins (reused callipers and Pistons) ... Can you say stops on a dime ? Unbelievably good brakes (compared to what it was prior).

The old pads have next to no wear after 68,000km ... ??? ... The front rotors are anything but smooth with a 1.5mm lip on the outer edge and the rears are in good shape (original rotors).

UHF install completed. Oil and filters done. Reinstalled MSA drop slide and 47L ARB fridge

    squeal much?

either you are very sympathetic to your brakes,
or those pads are made out of used grader blades...

Ok finished. Big job. Happy with result. Solid set up.
Cut out top fin of vent plate so I can see the indicator lights on the D.C. charger.
    Cheers

What's the tray? Looks like a alloy pre made thing
Was going to make mine out of steel and weld up
