One for the BCU, one for the ECU and one for the SLABS.
    I can afford a D4, I just couldn't afford 15 Nanocoms!

The Nanocom unit will actually read the BCU and ECU and SLABS etc, so only 1 is needed. The Nanocom if it has a licence for a TD5 it will still read the V8 all except engine data, and vice versa.

Re the D4 IIDTOOL BT is a great bit of kit, it will do everything, you only need 1 unit, not 15 as you say.
I have one for my Range Rover. It will also shows live data that has an option in graphs and stuff and you can then email this data also direct via your mobile/tablet etc
Too bad they don't make the IIDtool BT from Gap for D2s then you would really be rocking.
