I thought you were staying in the motel for two nights.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

    That was the original plan.
But due to being a day late into Brisbane & have to be at work on Monday, it was a case of move on or do the drive in 2 days.

I doubt I could do that drive in 2 days.

    Was good to meet you!

Thanks for your posts. I really enjoyed reading them and all the helpful replies. Though I'm happy with my recently acquired 2006 Defender I still love my D1. That's probably why I still have it. Love the Discoverys.

It's Wilma. Funny kid, when he first came to us we called him Will, thought it more appropriate.
But he prefers Wilma Doesn't worry him at all. He is a tough little nut, Maybe A Girl Called Sue syndrome.

Next most important job is to take some pics & change my avatar thing.

I found the second battery, it's behind the rear drivers side wheel, under the car?
It seems well protected but that does seem an odd spot. Is that where they are usually located?

Can anybody tell me if a "Scan Gauge 2" will work with a D2a? I had one on the D3 & it worked on that.
I'm mainly interested in real time Temp read outs. Any info would be helpful.
