communication, clear honest communication, is king in all relationships.

Surely there is tech to help. Maybe auto reply that lets you know what number in the email cue you are. I understand FB is very popular but it also sucks balls. Not every one is one it. But if you have FB you have email. Email to me would be first point of contact for a international business.
Business is growing because in Europe people now gather a number of cars and call me to go there for some days.

France Last saturday : Our day in pictures ... remapping... - Td5 Inside / Performance Inside | Facebook

Ireland Last friday: Log in to Facebook | Facebook

Im in the UK currently doing the same....

Again, Im not saying I only do Fb. I´m saying I struggle to reply everyone either FB or email

So its either a hobby business and not a full time business as economically it would not be viable. just my thoughts
Its not an hobby business, its a full time job and yes is growing. Over the last 3 weeks I´ve remapped about 30 td5s in the UK, 18 in France and 32 in Ireland and all of them I was there in person ! Still did a few remote to Australia and Brasil . Yesterday was Sunday and I did 8, again in Person! While Im doing them I cant be replying emails and messages and unfortunately cant do it while I´m driving or flying to!

People keep telling having that many requests it’s because I’m good at what I do , but it is frustrating not to be able to get everywhere!

My 2c...Recently got an alive remap 2 months ago. Although there was a few delays waiting on replys from Jose, when he had the time, he did well and sorted me out! My remap was worth every penny and the wait... Still want to ask a couple questions on the map itself though I don't want to chew up his time.

I had a TD5 inside map in my Defender about 4 years ago and was very happy with it. Jose was pretty quick to get back to me via email but maybe he wasn’t as busy at the time.
I can relate to running a business and trying to respond to everyone in a timely manner. It’s not always easy.
I guess that’s the point where employing someone else is required.
I believe Jose does some of the best maps as he is always racing and competing in TD5s and does proper real tests in the wild of what he does.
I reckon his maps are worth the wait.
Ps Jose it might be time to employ a personal assistant.
Even if it’s only one to two days a week.

I can relate to running a business and trying to respond to everyone in a timely manner. It’s not always easyeasy to reply in a timely many but a reply Yes so if your busy it might be hard to reply to emails in a timely manner . The problem here is if you email you are extremly lucky to get a email reply
I guess that’s the point where employing someone else is required He has said numerous time`s he has tried this and it did not work for him so it will not be happening
I believe Jose does some of the best maps as he is always racing and competing in TD5s and does proper real tests in the wild of what he does. Yes he does and his Remap performance reputation is second to none .
So when does one give up on waiting for a reply email for the legend to rely

I reckon his maps are worth the wait.Yeah right still waiting on a email i sent June last got replied to in August i replied straight away = no reply another 2 emails sent September and the December and still no reply
Ps Jose it might be time to employ a personal assistant.

    Answered this already .
Many have tried to contact on numerous occasions with out success , Some got lucky (not many)
At the end of the day it seems if your a current customer and are on Dumb Book you will get looked after
    .
I dont think anything else needs to be said on this from me as im done with this for good
