If you are putting back you original ecu , you won't need to recode
If the injectors were put back in the same order , they wont need anything either
Check the engine rpm when cranking , this will tell you if you are getting a signal from the crank angle sensor
Do a pulse test to each injector with nanocom to check continuity ( engine not running , you should hear a distinctive click from each injector)
Have you had it running since changing the injector washers ?, if not then bleed it again ( 5 pumps to floor of accelerator pedal, ign on ), then flat to floor while cranking , backing off if starting to fire.
