    Progressive damping is the difference.
    As bags compress rate changes, the valving on the shocks firms quicker from memory on smaller movements and then softens as movement slows.

    Many using a 360/80 valved shock don’t seem to mind

    Thanks Tombie. So 360/80 is the go for SLS with 2” lift.

    Or 400/100 if you like it firmer and carry a decent amount
