Just dredging my memory of about 8 years ago.
I think that I used a box cutter to very carefully cut the hose longitudinally where it goes onto the nipple.
This weakens the hose so that it "relaxes" it and enables it to be removed without breaking the nipple.

My mate had a similar problem in his Nissan ute. I told him to try this fix, it worked.

The original part doesn't lever continuously on the spigot like what regular pipe does - especially when you accidentally whack the rubber pipe while accessing the airbox.

I have been using universal rubber cooling hose for this application for years.
I have unfortunately suffered the broken plastic barb on the radiator a while ago - I repaired this by drilling and taping a thread to fit a brass barb in. Thread tape applied to the thread when fitting the barb in. I then used Q Bond to build up the area around it and seal it in. A few thousand kms since and no leaks or issues.

I just ran rubber hose from radiator to expansion tank.

I have Allisport radiator with aluminium tanks, so no issue with broken barb.

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."

Add some bling if it breaks.

I’ve been running an alisport header tank for a few years now.

    The Header or Expansion Tank?
Do you have some problems with it? Thought about to change mine as well but read many stories about
leaking tanks or problems with the cap which doesn´t worked at the correct pressure.

Aren't they the same thing? Anyhow, I am referring to the tank that has the cap where you fill it.

When I purchased it I also purchased the Allisport cap to go with it and yes it did leak.

Just purchased a standard cap and it has no problems.
