    I've got one of them sitting in the shed. Had it for years. Theyre off the old holdens (HK,HQ,HJ,HX,HZ) and fords (XY?,XA,XB,XC) and yes they are a dust deflector.
    Sorry Pedro I know not pics but just trying to help out.

    My Td5

    Hi All,

    I've owned my 2000 D2 Td5 for about 3.5yrs the first 2 of which were awesome. Then the Top End went & that snowballed into a very expensive motor swap. I now have it back after 10 months in the workshop (I have a work car so time wasn't really an issue) & am starting to remember just why I bought it.

    When I bought it it had the TJM Front Bar, RedArc Dual Battery System & BFGoodrich All Terrains. Since then I've added a Cargo Barrier, Lightforce 240's, a Uniden UHF, Pirelli Scorpion Tyres & a Steel Rear Bar. Many of you will ask why the Pirelli's, well the BFG's were knackered & due to the car being my Tow/Course finding & writing/Recce car for my State Rally escapades the substantially extra lateral grip the Pirelli's provide was the main thing. Oh & the Steel Rear Bar came about because I backed into a tree doing said Rally Course finding & that was a good enough excuse for me!

    Hope the photos work!

    The tyre will sit a fair bit lower than the photo shows, I have room under the cut guards to comfortably run 35's.

    If I decide not to run 35's I may drop the suspension slightly.

    Just a little peek at what will be mounted up in January

    Hi mate she is a tough looking truck, just wondering what's the mods that have been done to allow the 35's? I don't want to go that big but I would like a nice set of 33's for when I go out to play lol

    Thanks mate,

    The photo is of the 18x9 rims and 33x12.5 MT's, 35's will come later on beadlocks for the 4wd parks.

    For 33's you don't need to do much, 2' lift and a little trimming is about all you should need on a D2.

    Most of the info is in my build thread, see the link in my signature but here is a basic rundown;
    • +32mm Offset rims
    • Big guard cut
    • Big flares
    • Rear quarter cut
    • 65mm suspension lift
    • 32mm body lift (being engineered in January before anyone comments)
    • Lengthened ACE links
    • XROX front bar with 50mm raised mounts (from the supplier and airbag certified)
    • Custom rear wraparound tube bar (matches XROX design on the front)
    • Tube rock sliders
    Still to go in;
    • Ashcroft CV's and half shafts
    • Ashcroft rear axles
    • Ashcroft air lockers front and rear
    • Ashcroft pegged 4.37 ratio diff centres
    And much further down the track will be a rebuild to strengthen the transmission and a 4.6l V8

    Any other questions just ask in my build thread so we don't take over this one.
