SupporterThis gives a bit of an idea, the outside of the door is the raptor version and the inside is the original colour, the whole thing came out a bit lighter so might have needed more tint to darken it down.

SupporterJust picked up this 2000/01 D2 V8 for my son. Very tidy inside but a list of jobs discovered on 4 hour drive home.
Keen to sort that roof paint out. I see Supercheap can match paint codes. Thinking a light sand and tape up, spray and finish with 2K clear. Add an ARB deluxe winchbar.
2" lift on it and sounds great. Will post more pics over time.

kings kwicky up and the Darche 270 out with rear table insitu. The tent actually overhangs the edge of the awning above the rear door, no chance of rain getting down there.

Hello all
I’m an Aussie expat living in Northern California.
Here is my 2004 Disco 2 4.6 V8
It’s running 35s and a 4.5” lift, twin Airlockers, heavy duty driveline and all the armour you need for rock crawling. I’ve built much of it myself including a full rear storage system.
I run a roof top tent for the ‘off season’, that is, the northern hemisphere winter and until the rock crawling trails open around the middle of the year. After that, the tent comes off and I run a more minimalist set up to reduce weight and lower centre of gravity.

I also have a 2007 L322 4.2 SC and a 1991 RRC Great Divide Edition. Lots of fun to be had.
