Thread: New Nanocom Evolution News

    I realise that Mattia will be busy with the forthcoming distribution date on 13/9....but I sent him an order by email last Tuesday...using his link orders@nanocom.it and then a copy on Thursday to his info@nanocom.it ..again using the direct link from his website.

    No response/acknowledgement to date!

    Any idea please, as to how long it has taken others to place an order?/receive reply?

    I don't want to hassle him..but it leaves me wondering whether my emails are hovering in the ether somewhere?

    I asked for a PayPal payment request to be emailed to me last Tues and it arrived in my inbox on Sat. Overall its taken 10 days from initial communication to until I made a payment.
    Now all I have to do is wait for delivery. Should give me enough time to form a convincing reason to tell my partner why I needed to buy a new tool.

    Well I have the three amigo's, a weird fuel gauge problem, window,alarm and doorlock behavior I want to change so mine is up for a busy few days as soon as it gets here.. Will report once I have something constructive.

    I have not seen / used the old nanocom so I have nothing to compare against though.

    My new evolution was waiting for me when i arrived home tonight.. Ripped it open and read the one page of instructions. I had to plug it into the car to get the unit ID so I could register it on the nanocom site. Recieved an instant reply email with my username and password, so logged on to get my unlock codes. You can imagine how excited I was, but no codes!!!!

    Have emailed asking for help, but not expecting a reply for a few days.

    I have to say though that it is very neat, the menus are clear, and the touch screen seems to work well.

    Will post again when I have it working.

    So too is mine!!! In transit from Heathrow... Can't wait to get my hands on it... Order placed on 7 September.. Dispatched from Italy on 15 september.. Will let you know when I receive it... Another Nanocom for the register..Hey!!
