Sorry. I think that did have a date of 2018 on it so it has long gone.. $365,000 it went for on the GC.
Work or not Rick, it sounds very much like you need a fortnight off before the real **** hits the mental fan. Shirley you could find a cosy hideaway up there somewhere to snuk down in.

Surgeon to HM the Queen in Australia.![]()
I love this hot weather, been to three jobs so far this week a comedy of **** ups and errors by other contracters
I will explain later, but it does pay the bills.
I thought that was the case,Rick. but the way you appear to be feeling you could do with another two & post me your Moby so you won't be tempted. Out of sight out of mind. (I know what it was like for me the 40 years I was in business with no assistance.)
If you need to call out, use the phone box. Wossat, you don't know where one is? Great. Job Done. Place a sign in your window, "GONE FISH'N"
Maybe you could entice Paul to share your hideaway, although since he has got the ****s on about work it probably won't take much enticement..![]()
My air con's nice and cold, so you've both got permission to "go fishin' ".![]()
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
So was at a site today, first up,replacing a couple of actuaters on chilled water valves.Actually something I am now qualified to do.
Hmm,the water is a bit warm.Wander up to the chiller plant room, and nearby there is a huge excavator digging a huge hole, and seems a plumber has decided to turn the water off to the plant room for the day,to rerun the mains to a new building that is being built nearby.
Cooling towers were bone dry
No cooling in the whole site until we had them full and up and running at 2.00 this arvo.
Another **** up
Yesterday it was blocked accuraters catches them out all the time. They have been trying to sort that split ducted out for two weeks
Yer we thought it was short of gas they told the maintenance guy on site.
Can’t seem to find a leak anywhere.
