    One for the fridgies

I haven't used mine in years, it should still be in my big tool box.

I think I demonstrated it to the young blokes in Canberra.
"This is what we used before Schrader valves..." One for the fridgies Although we used lots of Kelvinator condensing units when I was an apprentice.

Didn’t the Kelvinator have its own fitting,on domestics?

They definitely used compression fittings on the pipes that were absolutely useless.
    Their service guys used them.

    Memory is a bit vague......

    Geez, can't recall?
Their small comnercial systems all had post valves so I was happy.
Dear old dad had a kit with a bunch of service fittings for various manufacturers from way before my time, I think one would've been Fridgidaire, can't recall the rest

Yes there was a fridgidaire one, although I can’t remember ever having or using one.
I remember it being on the domestic compressers that swung on two spring mounts, could have been rotarary.

My old mate would of known about the kelvinator one,but he went to another place a month or so ago.

He had a bloody good memory I asked him a few months ago what was the difference between a Kelly K62,and a K.
He rattled off crankshaft diameters and flywheel torques like he was doing them yesterday
