    And the day hasn't finished.

How could we live these days without one?

    HOW?

Easy Paul. Knocking off a few Banks should do it.
If you don't get caught you will have a wonderful Carefree life probably in the Bahamas or Spain & if it all goes tits up the Govt. will look after you for free. Your olde acquaintances will keep you company I feel sure, probably for a share of the loot, but Hey Ho.

But, you will be devoid of your pesky Mobile.

    Job done.

Off tomorrow for 4 days, mobile in the draw, diverted to one of the boys.

Going down Rick's way to do some fishing, and R&R,now she has the borders open.SWMBO will have her phone, but they have learnt, only call if its very very important, or its the end of the world....

Wot you sayin' Willis? SWAMBO has made a name for herself or if it is really the end of the world urgency?

I'll place my order now for a very nice Mulloway or a very lost Murray Cod.

    Hi,
    Re phone dominance!
Easy, leave it off till I need to ring someone.
    Cheers

That is a bit of a bloody cheek AS. You want to use Paul's phone to ring someone at your leisure?

I'm still averaging one call a day while on leave.
Apparently the workload has mysteriously increased yet we have a new bloke so our staff numbers are normal. One for the fridgiesOne for the fridgies

Then Paul and I would have 50 missed calls, 50 voice mails to listen to and respond and probably no business left within a month!

If a client can't get an immediate response we lose them.
Unfortunate business to be in but the reality.

    Hi,
True. I guess I have been lucky to mostly avoid the need to use them. Work insisted I have one, but only the help desk knew the number.
Now retired, my phone is a button job with big numbers. Still, it only gets turned on when needed.
    Cheers

    I envy that!

At one point in my life I had no landline for 4 months and no mobile reception running a cattle property.
    It was bliss!

When we finally got a landline connected it was only for the internet, I had bugger all mobile reception for about five years.

We become slaves to being connected.
