Paul, I like the way you seem to have a good handle on the latest technologies in the industry.

My books from tech say "vent refrigerant" before opening any system.

    Have times changed?

    Not that you'd notice sometimes.

I hope that bloke doesn't come with the system!!! He'd drive you nuts listening to him every job.

When drilling & before you break through the outside face, the idea is you extend the Pilot hole or if it does you go outside & drill inwards & you don't finish up demolishing the whole building.

Some blokes do 5 of these per day but still charge the full quoted 4+ hours.

I only ever managed 2 per day taking all care & certainly not in an empty unfurnished room. Easy peasy that is.

Dust sheets on & off & tidy up the furniture takes time. Vaccy the whole area too.

That must be the reason I only made 5 million per year wih no call backs because the inside wall didn't need repairing & painting.& other damage.

Thanks Ian but it is a tad too late for me now.

But I did like the slab construction, that would bed in noice.

Did this one during the week, seemed to go fine

Dont do many, just fall into doing one every now and then for practice.

That's a beauty, I love the seismic restraint rope and the trailing cables and pipes, must be a portable home!

Another example of your excellent craftsmanship, Paul.
I see why there're called splitty bashers. Did Rick help or offer technical advice?
