I would guess the FBI and CIA would have been far happier for both brothers to have been caught alive. It's a bit difficult to extract information from a corpse.

The dead brother had apparently been in Chechnya for 6 months last year, and there is no doubt the US and Russian Govt's would have been very interested in finding out exactly who he was in contact with during that time.

Easier to interrogate a live one!

I suppose that being Mulsim and having exploded bombs, they can be held, as terrorists, in Gitmo without any problem.

Being an irrational lunatic never stopped anybody gaining a following as a credible commentator among the throngs of like minded irrational lunatics out there. The upcoming investigation and information gained from the suspect might serve to slow the spread of BS from such people.

I think I'd rather wait till more information is known about the motivations behind all this before attaching the Mulsim tag (or even the Muslim tag ). Let's wait and see.

So the police gave up the search, a man went to check on his boat and found blood. the police had already searched the cleared that house.

9000 police and the elite swat cant find a 19yo but an ordinary citizen can.
