If you have a decent trolley jack you can move the offender out into the road or the access. Mates had a car hire business in an area with restaurants all around and in spite of large signs, patrons parked in their gateway. Used the big jack to pull them out into the middle of Glebe Point Road and left them there.

Well it is illegally parked, have it towed an impounded.
I would place a sign in the park stating that this space belongs to unit such and such anyone parking will have their car towed an impounded at their expense.
As said they are blocking your park, you do have all rights to move the car.
I went through this a while back with tradies building a house next door blocking my driveway in Esperance. One of them was a bit of a smarty so I did inform him that he was blocking my emergency exit without the occupants authorization, so if he did not move it I would back through his shiny XR8 ute and then send him the bill for any damage to my Defender. He thought I was joking until I got in and put it into low range.

not if it is your allocated park or driveway. You cannot do it to another persons park or driveway, but if someone parks in yours you do have the right to remove or block as they are illegally park.

You will have no drama with rentals in the future if you break your lease with appropriate notice, according to the contract, to the Landlord.

The Landlord is unable to ensure the car park provided and agreed to in the contract is for your use and therefore this is your grounds for breaking the lease/tenancy early without being responsible for re-letting fees and continued rent until such time as the lease ends or another tenant is found.

It wont sort your car park issue but wont leave you stuck with a tenancy which isn't as agreed.
While it is difficult for the Landlord and not necessarily their fault, it remains their responsibility just the same to provide all facilities according to contract.

Above link are the basic guidelines and a reasonable Landlord will acknowledge the situation and allow the lease to be terminated.

I'm in a similar apartment block in Perth when I'm down here for work. The driver of the car which parks in front of my allocated bay used to have a bad habit of parking well across the dividing line, leaving me only about two thirds of my bay to fit in to. So I raised the suspension to full height one night, drove forward until the bullbar was well over the top of the Falcon sedan, and then lowered the suspension until there was only a very minimal gap between the bottom of the bar and the front of the bonnet of the Falcon.

I now get my full parking bay left alone.

Another problem that we have is that, because we are close to the CBD - some non-residents wait outside the gate until someone leaves in the morning and then drive in and leave their car inside for free all day. I had one such person park in my bay a number of times - when I got home one day, I knew that the owner of the vehicle would arrive shortly to leave, so I parked behind him blocking him in, with the bullbar hard up against the rear end of his riceburner - and then waited.

When he turned up and was most upset about his car being blocked in (and the fact that there was a steel bullbar hard up against his pride & joy - I "explained" to him what would happen if I found his car there again. Haven't seen him since.

Just leave a tarp, some bleach, duct tape, and a kitchen knife in the middle of your spot
