This guy is incredible he is still harassing me.

Here is how the last few conversations have gone

    Him:
If we send through the a request to alter the feedback from negative to neutral or positive, then we will reward that with the refund for the return shipping to us by way of pay-pal payment how does that sound as we don't want you left out of pocket, and also want to rectify the situation for you

(the last bit is a laugh as he had previously attacked me)

    Me:
Mate the accuracy of the eBay feedback system is more important to me than $16. You deserved that feedback and you need to cop it, the time to make a customer happy is before they give feedback not after. Hope you learn a lesson from this.
    - if you up make it your problem not your customers problem, particularly if you up twice.
    - don't try and duck your responsibilities for returning wrong product and products not as described.
    - don't respond aggressively, patronizingly or sarcastically to customers.
    - don't lie or try to cover stuff up or be evasive in your responses.

The way to get your ratings up is by providing excellent customer service and owning your messes not by trying to get people to change feedback after you have already ****ed people off. I gave you plenty of opportunity to get neutral feedback despite everything you messed up and you still tried to duck your responsibility. The feedback stands and is 100% accurate.

    Please don't contact me again.

    Him:

right... thanks, just another clown who wants champagne on a beer budget!

(BTW nothing beer budget about my purchase, I paid top dollar for it thinking it would do what he claimed and it didn't)

    Me:

The lack of insight and tenuous hold on reality and truth displayed is truly staggering.

    Him:

Of course....wholesale direct prices, round the clock service, discounts, free exchanges, returns, full after sales service, constant communication and availability and you still have the gall to maintain ongoing complaints ever after being offered further credits, apologies and freebies...

We are very in touch with reality, and the reality is over-expectant people like you are a bane on the hard working honest citizens and businesses of Australia who demand everything for a discount, with no understanding of value, fairness or the nature of two way transaction, its all their way, their price, there demands their discounts and to their exacting standards despite paying way below recommended retail price with endless credits returns and expectation after expectation after unreasonable expectation!

(BTW, there is virtually not one word of truth in anything in that pile of neurotic paranoid )

I really have to stop responding but he is getting my goat.

Is it unrealistic to expect that when you order and pay for a product you will get what you ordered?

And when it is not what you ordered is it unrealistic to expect they will pay for the return?

And when the replacement product arrives is it unrealistic to expect that it will do what their listing claimed it would do?

And when it doesn't (which they admit in writing) is it unrealistic to again expect that they pay for the return?

And is it unrealistic to expect not to be patronized and lied to?

I am pretty sure this has cost him at least 3 sales from PM's I have had here but I would be delighted to cost him more if anyone else wants a PM heads up. Mine was about lights so if you are looking for lights on eBay beware of this guy, but he sells recovery gear and other stuff as well.

My experience wasn't anything to do with lights or car parts for that matter, but instead it was a meat mincer. Lol

I was so unhappy with the product and the service after the purchase that I decided to list an ad back on ebay warning people not to buy the crap product that I had originally purchased. Mind you I only decided to do this after getting well and truly ****ed over buy the seller, and he knew exactly what he was doing. He had a plan for neg feedback and he stooged me and, asit turns out, many others. If anyone want's details Pm me......

In the end I estimate, from the feedback I got through the add I posted, I cost the seller around $2500 in sales at least. I eventually got bored relisting the add and dealing with refunds to people who thought I was selling the ****ing thing. Knobs!

Stick it to ém man. Assholes on ebay are rampant and should be shut down.
Will PM you for name please, as been looking at meat mincers on eBay!

...then that'd make you a liar too and no better than the original seller.
He may be an arse but no need to be one too.

    Hi,

I can't believe you've taken this to a public forum level. I really thought we could keep this professional and work out a mutually beneficial solution but clearly this isn't the case.

I have sought advice from another in the industry who has had to deal with other complaints about their product also on here (and other public forums) and further action will be following in regards to defamatory statements.

I was imagining a sort of evil, gloating, rubbing-the-hands-together type of lolol.
So, is that "laugh out loud out loud" gleefully and winkingly or should I imaging something different?

Nah no evil gloating here, it was a lolol more along the lines of a Tehehe.. so you could say gleefully winking yes, really though vendors like this arnt really worth the trouble, leave your feedback and move on, write it off as experience and better luck next time, saying that though its still a big pain in the proverbial when you want something and dont get it..
