Suffering is exactly right. Another iced drink has just appeared in my hand whilst watching the Big Bash again.

It got to 42C by our "Fowler's Vacola" thermometer on the back steps in the shade of the awning,at about 1.30pm,with about 10knts northwester, down to 28C now but the breeze has dropped off.

The Humidity is the killer though.

Hey, I'll have you know that sitting on the side of a pool, during happy hour, watching the pretty girls go swimming is extremely stressful.
I'm listening to "Boys of Summer" by Don Henley, and the quality of the recording is really quite terrible, not at all befitting the scene playing out before my eyes.
At least they're not playing Kanye West.
