Does anyone really take this stuff seriously? Thought it was all just a laugh at the media play on the 'non-issue'...
But I suppose when it comes to calling people trolls, maybe there is a chance someone may take it to heart...I think it's just a minority that are ... Outraged? Get over it indeed.
Anyone looking for a new bike, it's hard to go past $69 for a new 18 gears 60 cm steel frame beast like this. You couldnt buy tyres, tubes and seat for this price :o

Well I got as close as I ever want to to scoring a push-bike with the D4 on my way out of town last week.
Driving along a suburban road doing about 50, fully loaded for a trip, approaching a "T" intersection on the road that goes through.. stop sign and rather steep side street to my right.
Push-bike piloted by lycra clad 40+ year old comes barrelling down the hill.
Lycra man appears to miss judge his speed and the fact the road is wet - so decides rather than stopping, to power around the corner and see if he can out run me.
Lucky for him, I had already started to back off a little, as he separated from his fancy wheels and slid arse first straight across in from of me.
Lucky too that the D4 has amazing brakes.
I stopped with my right front tire less than 1/2 metre from going over his head :o
He had an impressing gravel rash ... and was very apologetic. Thanking me several times for stopping.
I just can't help thinking about how different it could have been.
It might be time to buy a dash cam, had I not stopped, I doubt he would have been there to tell the cops exactly whose fault the whole thing was...
Yep. Unfortunately half a meter more and it would of been a life changing incident for the both of you. Hopefully he has learnt his lesson.
