Maybe being a mR he swung wide to avoid cars parked close to the driveway, this lead the cyclist to not register the truck, but a truck doesn't have the speed to overtake a bike at the last second and then get the front cab into a driveway and run over the cyclist with the rear axle. He'd either tip over or have cargo bouncing out over the sides, and if empty turn his kidneys and spine to mulch.Better pic.
