    The daughter's partner, a welder by trade, has just about finished making this impressive smoker for a mate. It was designed so it can be mounted in a receiver on the drawer bar of his caravan to be taken away.
    The bottle for his next project is shown behind.
    Just thought I'd share the pic to make you envious as they produce delicious slow cooked meat.

    I take it that it will be mounted so that the temperature gauge can be seen in the rear view mirror, so that vehicle speed can be adjusted to achieve the correct smoking temperature. a blue, green, red coloured gauge might be easier to use.

    Too right it is! The orchids I re-potted yesterday and put on a bench in a new location, have had to be moved inside the house.

    Also planted several beetroot seedling yesterday and today, have had to put up some shade cloth as a buffer for them. Wasn't that fun in 40 kph wind.

    That should be ok if it is Hooley Rated. If it is just Breeze Rated there might be a problem.
