Defence lawyer Jacob Kantor said the accident was a tragic wake-up call for his client.
    Yeah, right.

Shame we can't crush the bikes while they're still sitting on them. This comment from one who normally opposses capital punishment.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

I just came on to post what Eevo had about the reckless conduct charge already in existence at the time of the accident. If this related to the same bike he was riding , I'm just gobsmacked that they hadn't seized it and that they left him with it. Its just too stupid to contemplate. If a geezer brandished a knife at someone , would they leave him with the knife? Don't get it.
    cheers,
    D

Hi to me he cares more about a dumb bike than a human life, this is a worry
My mother in-law lives down there and it just could have been her . As she does live just around the corner and does shop there. My heart goes out to the family and there friends. Heather

Hopefully he will be kept in custody until his trial, that with a bit of luck will be sometime in 2025.

Did anyone see on the new a clip of him on a bike and lost control and crashed it to a fence. Pity he did not learn, but those people do not and the parents say that their boy is good and would not do anything like that.
Hope he goes to jail a get what he gets in there. Heather
